Gold plated connections, super flat and a pedalboard space saving dream. Great way to clean up your pedalboard. Very flexible. Especially with my boss overdrive and distortion pedals.
Not many suppliers offer a z configuration cable and these work really well. The flat cable is a bonus fitting between pedals. I use these on my effects pedal board where the close spacing of the pedals does not fit normal patch cables.

Poor quality connectors or poor soldering. Both ends seem to be loose inside or poorly put together. If there is any movement of the cable or guitar a lot of crackling is produced.
