I really just take supplements for anxiety and moodiness/irritability, so this feeling sick and depressed is definitely not a side effect i'm willing to endure! It's almost as if the powder somehow rises to the top of the stomach, resting there.

Received with the seal broken and missing the cotton usually in placed inside. Seems like they don't have a good qa checks. A correction needs to be made.

Rhodiola helps those experiencing high amounts anxiety and or stress. Works on balancing your norepinephrine and dopamine. Tremendously helped with stressed based anxiety.

Some people are allergic to rhodiola. It's best not to use it if you're using medications or supplements of these natures. Nutrilite's rhodiola supplement is much better for me personally.

Just another wild goose chase. No game. Other than that, no noticable effects. The effects are zero nothing.
