The cards are too wordy for absolutely no reason. Teams are totally unnecessary with this game and having teams only makes gameplay more clumsy. Everyone's handwriting is unique and therefore it becomes obvious who wrote what.

Very good detail for a smaller magnetic wooden set, expecially on the knights. Comes with an extra pawn, queen, and pair of knights for each color.

The only downside is that it has a strong wood finish and shellac smell when you first receive it. But a few days on your porch or garage, and the strong smell goes away. It is the kind of fancy board that should be well cared for.

As these days they only apply a matte varnish, all imperfections in the wood are apparent on a dull table. What bothers me the most is the fact that they don't apply lacquer on the surface of the board.
