I suffer from generalized anxiety disorder and adhd. I have anxiety here and there and i take one every morning and my day goes by nicely.

After my release i was prescribed even more medication. I'm thankful that this has worked for me because it has natural ingredients and when i'm ready i will wean myself off and know that if this happens again i have something that will help me.

Anxiety disorder is a chemical imbalance in your brain. Depression is feelings of severe despondency and dejection. There is no ssri or holistic herb or vitamin that will cure or relieve anxiety completely.

Been using this since i got diagnosed w ibs two years ago, recommended by my gastroenterologist. I have a * induced ibs problem that includes spasm in my descending colon. The cramps and spasms are gone in 20 minutes. One much cheaper then ibgard.

Taste is pleasant, not overpowering. It's a great preventative measure.

The label on the bottle states name as “oil of peppermint’ and lists as 250mg. They bury the fact that 200mg is peppermint leaf powder, not oil. This product is misleading as it is not a capsules of oil, but a dry powder.

The capsules are not as advertised. I wish i'd read the q&a and reviews before buying as other customers have said the same. I'm honestly baffled how the reviews are so high.

This is not oil i’m not able to return it, very deceiving description. And the item is not returnable. They need to change the name which is downright wrong!
