This harness is not only fashionable, it is breathable, sturdy and not one stitch out of place. Works great, seems very comfortable (cavalier king charles about 19# with long feathers). Also comes is really cute patterns love it!
Once adjusted properly, this harness is very easy to pop on and off my 20lb pup. Is easily adjustable in the chest and shoulder area, not too heavy and bulky and is very good looking. Easy to adjust.

The wheels have gouges in them on top of being dirty and scratched. The metal poles have deep cuts in them. Too many buckles and cheap straps.
