The light is steady, no flickering. Stable no flashing, evenly lighting, and not too hot.

I love how it looks and brightens the room! This is a great light, as it blends in with the ceiling. Purchased with intentions on updating decor and possibly providing enough light to see inside an unlit closet.

The light is so intense and super bright white that it would be wonderful for an office setting, but terrible for home use. Low quality remote control is super cheap, ask for a replacement. Im definitely returning it.
