This harness fits both my foster pups and is very helpful in teaching them to walk on a leash. Cooper is a dachshund/corgi mix and weighs 24 lbs and the small fit him perfect. They sit right at the trachea on my shih tzus.
Strong, breathable and seems to be comfortable for her. My mini dachshund walks well with this. My dog is comfortable in it and doesn't try to chew on it.
With the positioning of the hook on back they pull up, then back on the neck. Easily adjustable, easy to put on and take off. This harness is by far the easiest to take on and off.
