My miniature pinscher is very hyper, but he is over 15 yrs, 10 lbs dog, and m covers his body well.
Harness fits our doggo well. Fit my 23 pound cockapoo perfectly. Our three scotties prefer harnesses to collars.
The clips are horrible. No clips for the neck. I have to tighten it so much that the fabric loop covers the buckle. Also was not durable and showed wear very fast.
