It fits perfectly on the costco carport we purchased 6 years ago. Better than the costco replacement cover. The only thing is that it is a little big for a 10x20 frame if you are going to use traditional ball-bungies to attach it.

Stay away from the seller and canopy mart imported products. I purchase on november 21, 2017 and noticed * wear caused it to leak when it rained.
