The wheels turn so easily that the workbench will start rolling on its own on my relatively flat garage floor. The table rolls smoothly and the tires are big and soft. It weighs about 500 lbs and theses work great for moving it around.

Caster locks work perfectly, easy to engage and disengage with my foot. Wheels lock individually and i only need to lock 2 to stabilize the table. The one thing i will say is they lock easy but to unlock is harder.

Worked perfectly in my new welding table. The work bench is 4x8 with drawers, power tools, vise. Using on a wood shop cart with a planer on top.

I believe they would pretty quickly deteriorate.

Move easily on carpet. Rolls perfectly and looks classy, not industrial. They move well on my carpet which is good as i like to move things around a lot.

I weigh 180 and they grind across my nice wooden floor. They make a loud grinding sound even if i move just a little.
