Dim is also a good if your trying to get more veggies in your diet since it comes from vegetables. Helps manage hormones and keep my hormones balanced out with testosterone treatment.

Didn't read the label closely enough before purchasing, so am now paying $6 to send this garbage back. It has titanium dioxide in it which is a known cancer-causing agent. Also causes lung inflammatiom, dna damage, and intestinal inflammation.

The product i received is not the vitacost brand as shown in the pictures. Have noticed any difference in anything; neither has wifey. Did not help my inflammation at all.
