The product works well for borderline high blood pressure. If you have a primary care physician you can discuss this with, i believe it may be a viable option to a prescription. This product is outstanding.

I only take one cap per day; however, the instructions indicate that 1-to 3 per day is acceptable. Just adding these in place of the prescription med. I now am retired and plan to loose the weight and eat healthier.

If you add coconut sugar and pure unsweetened chocolate, it tastes a little like a chocolate flavored coffee. The flavor is pleasing and it mixes very well. The other favorite is the maca boost ginger and cacao.

It taste and smells awful. The absorbency, is ok if u put it in hot liquid. Smells terrible…makes me gag.
