It is most effective at preventing illness and was very effective in getting rid of the flu. It's better than taking the liquid, but i’m not sure it has the same benefits.
Had knee surgery in january of this year and have been experiencing a lot of problems. Since using the black cumin, my knee feels better. Great substitute for antibiotics and anti-inflammatory drugs.
