This is really cute, and plays circus music. It makes noise, like arcade claw machines, so it simulates the arcade experience at home. There is a sensor where the prizes fall that ends the music with applause when you capture a prize.

The claw machine is a fun way to motivate the students to work hard. When they finish a task they get a coin and a chance to get a treat. It takes 3 large d batteries which seems a little overkill but it works!

It’s challenging enough so that you really don’t know if you’re going to succeed or not. Not too difficult, but still challenging. It's easy to open and refill.

We put small plush dinosaurs inside of ours since our kids are small. We use the tiny unicorn figures and bracelets which seem to be a perfect match for what the claw can tackle.

Will move forward/ backward/sideways but will not extend up and down. Loud annoying music every time you play and won't pick up a * thing * very disappointed!

The only downside is the volume, but you sort of get used to it! This is a christmas gift for my great grandson and he does not have it yet! Takes 3 d batteries.
