Overall the product is outstanding. They are so responsive and great to deal with. Only real negative is that it is physically very light weight.

It's kind of hard to contact the manufacturer through amazon site for a return and refund after 7 months. The package claims only 125v, so this will be useless in europe. No matter what i plug into it it gets hot. Going in the trash.
