Using the telescoping pole helps as the plants grow. I have new growth and my baby tomatoes are growing well with this light. They grow in just about every condition.

Doesn't create excessive heat. The light also looks very pleasant to the eyes. Although, i’d rather be back in texas with natural sunny skies.

Can’t keep it upright in the soil.

It's no where near comparable to 1000w, and with both bloom and veg lights on, only draws 28w of power. It's not a 30 watt it’s only 13.
