The cord is long enough so that it stretches all the way to couch. The multi-outlet is great for areas where you need several items plugged in.

Longevity is still a question, but only time will tell. It handles most things without a problem. Luckily they aren't too expensive so a replacement wouldn't be too much of a hassle.

There is no way you're going to be able to install this and have it look good. The overlap is zero on the long sides. This "power strip" only has one outlet for a regular electrical cord.
