The coolness helps me be able to sleep through the night. I feel cozy and warm enough, but i stay cool and my hair doesn't get all sweaty and crazy.

This is worth the purchase and is very cool. Highly recommend is an understatement! Blanket is definitely magical. Very pleased with this light blanket.
