I have a medical condition that causes a lot of pain. My throw is very comforting. The ability to easily change the amount of heat and the 4-hour cutoff feature are fantastic! This electric blanket is one of the best purchases i've ever made.

For this always-chilly chick, this blanket is life. The end with the plug is warmer than the other end, which i actually like. Keep it on the bed on low just to keep the chill off.

Blanket does not get nearly as hot as my heating pad. It gets about a medium and isnt evenly distributed. While it is a nice soft throw, the hearting element is flawed.

As i write this, i realize it’s actually not that great and rated as a 2 instead of 3. I have no idea how it is rated so high when there are so many instances of how it stops working after a short time.
