This helps clean you out gently. Highly recommend even as a digestive cleanse! You need to drink a ton of water to help your body flush this stuff out.

It’s not the best tasting, but i put it in my smoothie once i have consumed 3/4 of it. The smoothie helps with the taste.

Wormwood is listed as an ingredient. I’m working out daily and on a carnivore diet and gaining weight from the inflammation this product has caused me. Please consult your physician before attempting to take this particular product.

Does not seem to work at all. Would not buy it again.
