The gloves are little thick to be used as glove liners but would work well if used with mittens. Flexible and comfortable and decently warm. I like the rubbery surfaces.
This is my fourth year purchasing them. I like the fit, they are slim fitting, no extra fabric to make your hands clumsy. The fabric is not super high quality, except it is still a good fabric as it is not easily rip.
No bueno. Most of the glove is water resistant except the fingers that have the touch pads on them- those are not waterproof and let a lot of moisture in.

Cold penetrates these gloves. Hands actually feel colder with them on, like it traps the cold in.
These gloves have just the right padding where the hands meet the dumbells/barbels. The band around the wrist gives enough support for heavier barbel reps. Use this for weight lifting.
