Wood feels like it'll crack under slight pressure. Items were labeled incorrectly. The rockers it's very low to the ground. I'm a short person and my legs are uncomfortable.
Assembling the first one was a bit of a chore. It helps to get the chair semi-assembled and propped up. I’d suggest a drill too, but if you operate too fast it could split the material.
Very frustrated and regretting my purchase. This company prides itself on these chairs. What a joke. Displeased with quality.
The seat and back are now an awful, dull maroon color. Also the red is not red like toe color crayon. The problem is with fading.
Hours of fiddling with this seemingly innocuous adirondack chair. Now we have to disassemble to fit into a box (and purchase new boxes) for a ups drop off. Serwall will be hearing from me is less than ideal circumstances.
Holes too tight for screws and holes missing where they should be drilled. No predrilled holes. Instructions are faulty. Just look at the breaks in the attached pics.
