These are good, but following the recommended dosage will give you the stomach issues side effect. Noticed a significant difference in blood pressure and other persistent body problems within days.

The only way you can take this is by swallowing it whole. Is anybody else as naive about this product as i was? It was supposed to help with my knees. Saw no benefit.
