It definitly gives me a boost but that may be from the caffine. I add powdered gatorade to it and it not bad.

It is not sugary by any means which is ok with me. No digestive issues at all with it. This is better tasting and i ordered 2 more with the caffeine.

For quality brands it’s around the same price bracket.

The berry flavor is not good at all. Taste is horrible. Many people are very sensitive to sugar alcohols, so it looks like an attempt to hide this fact.

This is one of the mainstay supplements my wife and i take twice a day. I take these for fibromyalgia. No side effects with other vitamins and herbs taking.

No single bottle of this stuff is worth $60. got extremely sick from this supplement.
