Definitely feel the tingles with these and very convenient to take. Definitely helps with endurance based activity.

If there is any actual product in this it is a minute nearly non-existent amount. Too many fillers on the ingredient list. Brand reeks of generic disingenuous non-purity.

The way i do it is i grab a whole scoop(which is the serving size) and do the mouthwash technique with it. Unlike other products this mixes in water instead of floating.
