It is very refreshing and a tasty way to hydrate while getting in my eaas. I usually train for an hour-two each day which includes cardio and weight training for majority of my time.

One scoop is enough to flavor my gallon jug. Longer handle or shallower can. I wish the lid would lock/screw on tighter.

Aminocore is where it's at. There are no food dyes, and it doesn't make me feel nauseous. I love the transparency from this company when it comes to ingredients.

Maltodextrine is one of the worst sweeteners for you as it completely jacks your insulin response up. Like trying to down 12 oz of fruity flavored medicine in one go. It also leaves residue all over my bottle and on the bottom of the cup.

These capsules are small and easy to *. Great, no bloating, easy to swallowing and for the stomach. The size isn't too big, no horrible after taste and they make me feel healthier.

The flavor is surprisingly nice haha to me it smells like chocolate. These amino’s are a life saver for me. They also blend into my smoothies very well.

Everything about this supplement is awful- smell, taste and the havoc it brought on my digestive system even weeks after i discontinued use.
