The flavor isn't as bad as some as some unflavored bcaa. Mix this with 1 teaspoon of melted coconut oil and one drop of flavored stevia. It mixes well for me and i can't even tell you how it tastes.

Very pleased with the product. This product meets all my expectations.

Best way for me is to spoon it straight into my mouth and * water. My only gripe is that there is no scooper so you have to measure the two teaspoons yourself.

Cons1

If you really want bcaa, my recommendation is to settle for the naturally occurring amount in whey protein shakes. Tablet form is much more worth it.
