The dough takes much longer to cook through than it takes for toppings to heat & cheese to bubble. Can double as a serving tray due to the shiny finish.

Stainless steel isn't flimsy. Different than aluminum. I use a lot of stainless steel products because they don't rust.
One of the dents is a sharp line about 5 in length. The usable/flat area of the 15. Has a nice weight as well a wide flat lip 1/4 at least.
It pops and flexes in the oven, and now it's starting to rust. Flimsy, not stainless steel.
Great purchase and beats having to pay three times as much. It seems that they value good customer service which i appreciate. We appreciate the company standing by its product (even when over a year old).

This thick stone is vary durable; over two yeas so far and doing great. It is heavy compared to the other stones we have used, which seems to be a promising feature for longevity.
Yuk, junk. It’s bigger and heavier than i had expected and very hard to manage. Instructions say to heat the stone for like 30 minutes before using, which makes it impractical.
