Not sure about the validity of this product. Not sure why the price went up so much on amazon. Will be looking into different products/buying directly through them instead.
Fantastic ashwagandha. This one is well suited for me. I have a network of stuff to help me better and this has helps. Great quality. Like really good? Live by this.
Ashwaganda is in the nightshade family, just like tomatoes. You must steer clear of tomatoes because they are highly acidic. The nausea is awful!
