The only negative is that the capsules taste horrible. My hair has become more silky and shiny since i started taking it. Works great for period but take with food. Easy to * capsule.

These seem to help neutralize my hormones without having to use chemicals. Lessens my hot flashes.

Capsules taste like soap. No increased * drive or * health. No digestive benefits.

Proper research and access to information would be enormously helpful. Will continue this one indefinitely. I use this and find it does the job. It’s a good supplement!
