Eyebright is wonderful for getting rid of cataracts. Takes 4 a day, along with lutein and zeaxanthin. Lightens but nothing drastic.

These herbs are a high recommended! Better than motrin. Better than midol. This product is a lifesaver!
If a legit compress is unavailable i would suggest trying anything hot and placing it in that area for the first few days postpartum. There was not a hint of relief, as i was brought to tears by the pain.
