Natures way vitamins work. If life is a little hectic and rushed it causes one to feel relaxed and calm in about 30-45 minutes. Ashwagandha has something of a system-balancing effect.

We both agree it works and have been takin it for about 2 weeks. Will be ordering more for sure. The swanson brand delivers the same quality and results.

Zquill is a better choice in my opinion. The bottle only says to take 1 400 mg capsule per day. To my way of thinking, it's oxymoronic to sell a product that contains gm ingredients.
