Poor, poor packaging and annoyingly irritating to open. Inside the sealed wrapper around the opening is also so difficult to remove. These supplements not only do not relieve my symptoms, it causes my joints to hurt worse than before.

This is the only tart cherry we buy. I make him take 1 pill with 1 celery seed pill every night. He's also a daily green tea drinker, does not drink alcohol and eats a lot of vegetable, so i'm sure that helps a lot too.
