I have ibs-c, but it should be working at this point. I am up to 10 capsules after dinner and still nothing is moving. It includes hay or something else that gives me terrible spasms.

Been using this product for years for * mouth issues in place of other over the counter (otc) products. Deadens the pain, acts as an antiseptic and therefore helps heal. Helps elevate the pain and soreness better than most other products i’ve used.
