I have ibs-c, but it should be working at this point. I am up to 10 capsules after dinner and still nothing is moving. It includes hay or something else that gives me terrible spasms.

This product did nothing to help this most recent painful gout attack which lasted longer than average (over one week) won't buy again. No real affect on pain level.
