This phone has the upgraded android software and it's sketchy at best. Gb ram is not enough to run the newer android bloatware.

After much wasted time trying to rectify the problem, called amazon tech support. They keep repeating the same thing- our system is not allowing to process a refund for the restocking fee. Now, amazon receives it and refunds me 80%.

Not a bad phone, but at an inflated price. Each call lasts 45 minutes. The seller needs to better check the phones before shipping.

The battery capacity is only 86%, but the product descriptions says is it at least 90%. I am very disappointed. Spent 2 days trying and nothing.
