The peach flavor is way better than what i was drinking before! It's pretty sweet and you might even want to dilute it more than 6-8oz for a scoop. This one is a good flavor and does taste like mango.
The 500mg electrolyte blend contains pink himalayan salt, magnesium oxide and potassium chloride. Coconut water powder and pink himalayan salt for hydration and recovery. It's very hot where i live and keeping hydrated is essential.
