This is a very easy to use * scanner. It rapidly scans the negative and slide. Of course, now i have to go back and clean forty years of grime off the slides.
Negative holder is fine for 36mm, but you have to crop virtually every photo. There must be light leaking somewhere internally. The lighting of the film is not even.

Some older slides have color shifted and i've been using photoshop elements to touch them up. I am very pleased with this kodak scanza though.
This scanner is sooooo easy. It's easy as * to use and conveniently small. Yes, you have to plug it in first and most likely adjust the type of film before using, but it's rather easily and painless.
The description is spotty. This is not acceptable, unless you have no life and nothing else to do, and infinite patience. Also missing one piece as pictured.
You cannot initiates scans from the computer. Image quality is nominal but there is no imaging software.
