I recommend these supplements to anyone who has energy/sleep/ stiffness issues. Berg recommends increasing potassium to decrease insulin.

It dissolves just fine in filtered water from the fridge. It takes a bit of stirring, but it'll eventually all dissolve. Add all of the above to a blender and blend with 1/2 to 1 cup of ice.

No more cramping. The taste isn't great, but it blends very well. I workout often and find myself getting muscle cramps alot.

Packaging is really nice it's a resealable pouch. Plump & fresh, crunchy and large. My guess is the package got hot during shipping and it softened them up a bit.
