It dissolves just fine in filtered water from the fridge. It takes a bit of stirring, but it'll eventually all dissolve. Add all of the above to a blender and blend with 1/2 to 1 cup of ice.

No more cramping. The taste isn't great, but it blends very well. I workout often and find myself getting muscle cramps alot.

In my opinion and from my experience, this product is worth its weight in gold. I hope my review title is taken seriously, because this really does work. Service by company is excellent.

After researching the ingredients this product contains one ingredient that should be questioned. This stuff has a lot of hype but fails to work.
