Metene Twist Top Lancets for Lan... vs Truedraw Lancing Device Pen

I have a glucose meter, but it didn't include a lancing device. Very short and would not even pirece the skin.

While it draws blood, so does a baseball bat! Even the lowest setting is painful. When i draw back to * it, the top comes off.
