This comes with two nozzle attachments. The nozzles attach magnetically, which seems firmer than a simple physical connection. The attachments are magnetic, attach easily and stay put until you detach them.

You can change the heat settings by pressing the heat button. It also has three air speed settings with a dedicated button for air speed. It uses negative ion technology and has a thermal sensor to monitor the heat and keep it steady.

This is huge to me, as my nose is very sensitive. It's a lot mote powerful than i expected. And omg is it powerful!

It's advertised with a diffuser and didn't come with one. It's too nice to throw away but it's too specific to use for other purposes.

It is more along the lines of a medium/high-ish. Guys make note that this is very very girly looking and if that bothers you just swipe left.
