The sliding tray works great. It has a nice rubber non skid top on it. It moves smoothly and easily. You press down on the lever, which engages the front wheels and allows easy sliding.

My only regret is i didn't buy this sooner. I love my ninja foodi, but it is a beast. It’s a no brainer.

Just as pictured, easily moves coffeemaker forward and backwards (which is maybe 10 lbs). Seems to be well made out of steel and would take quite a bit of weight without damaging it. This tray is very sturdy, holds the weight of the cappuccino machine...  Read More

It rolls nicely but the ninja foodie grill flips backward when you open the lid. Also, the latch to release the tray is awkward to push down.
