Overall, the item is sturdy and functional. For the price, the quality is decent. No complaint here, just praise.

Have a swiffer dust pad handy to gently wipe both sides of the negative before inserting. It also has different attachments that allowed me to convert my husband's old slides as well as the few larger, individual negatives.

This slide viewer/converter is easy to use and super easy to set up. Had about 800 slides from my navy days and converted them all in about 8 hours.

The process to get images off the card and onto your computer is cumbersome. The folder opens, but no pictures. The slides barely fit into the slide holder and it is cumbersome to set up every slid.

Does a decent but really low resolution (equal to about a 5 mega pixel camera, forget about the 22 mega pixel rating) job on slides. Very frustrating when the slides themselves are sharp as a tack.
