The corners of the pan are curved to allow for whisking or stirring things like risotto. The steepness of the curve in this regard overall is good. The narrowed bottom is good for sputtering and blooming spices.

Needed to replace a pealing non stick pan. Ceramic coating is safe and durable.

The heat distribution is terrible, it take 2/3 times longer to heat anything on an induction stovetop. Only maintains the heat if the temp is on high.
