At around a year mark, they tend to get leaky internally. The issue is the thickness of the sealing washer on the hot water tee. I'm not sure how something just falls apart when you are never touching the actual unit that sprays the water.

Action of the nozzles dropping down to commence the cleaning is somewhat skewed. It’s single directional from the back. Thousands in damage.

There are lots of options online and through * for small washable towels, and i even found some appropriate washable clothes in my linen closet to try. The spray packs a punch and can really give you a strong wash.

The aiming switch is okay, but i don't like the cavity for germs to shelter. The holes used to bolt it under your toilet seat are now square instead of round which doesn't look as nice post-install.

I got fooled by the looks and description. Build quality feels just like every other entry level bidet. And personal opinion, it's ugly. Very disappointed on the quality.

Is all marketing hype. Would not recommenced this product. And that’s the least hygienic thing i can think of.
