The water comes out like any cold water faucet. The added hose for hot water connection is also definitely a plus. The only slight downside is that you have to wait till the water gets hot.

This newer model has a self-cleaning spigot. The pivoting hinges are a nice addition to help with cleaning. With the ever rising cost of tp and the fact that they are making the rolls narrower and narrower, this just makes perfect sense.

New/ different dials are just perfect and work's seemly. Changes show that luxe is tasked with correcting the weaknesses of the previous model. This was an upgrade on an older model, it is great!

Luxe bidet is pretty flimsy. Hinge covers on bidet are too thick.

It shoots cold, but it gives you a torrent of water that gets the job done in seconds. The added hose for hot water connection is also definitely a plus! Right now it's summer, so the water heats quickly.

Newer model has a self-cleaning spigot and swings out of the way so you can easily clean under it. That's a big advantage that allows the whole assembly to be kept sparkling clean with spray cleaner. Very happy with the ez lift hinge.
