Light is bright and gives you full workspace lighting! My rectangle of light satisfies. It is inexpensive for a minimalist light with this much output.
Bright with full range of dimmer. Not blinding but plenty. It dims well also (when paired to a triac type dimming switch per specifications) the light is even and smooth across the face, and no flicker.
