The case is solid, and i'd feel safe putting it in an overhead compartment, or stowed inside a checked bag. The travel case is adequate, is it the toughest? The elite strap with the batter is fabulous.

The strap itself is uncomfortable and unwieldy. Is because the plastic is a hard brittle plastic. It feels like glorified cardboard covered with some felt.

It locks outwards for some reason and barely fits into your oculus carrying case. The usb-c from the strap has a 90 degree bend. This makes it harder to unplug the strap battery. If you try the cable lifts the unit and kinks the cable.
