The blend has everything in it but the kitchen sink for keeping blood sugar in check. Funny thing is- is that i didn't realize how much my blood sugar ups and downs were effecting my mood! Nothing to dislike about this product.

Zquill is a better choice in my opinion. The bottle only says to take 1 400 mg capsule per day. To my way of thinking, it's oxymoronic to sell a product that contains gm ingredients.
